Despite the good location, the friendliness of the reception staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel falls short in simple things like bath towels, one face towel for every three people, hard and old pillows, a poorly lit room with burnt-out lightbulbs, and a broken hairdryer. Not to mention the terrible breakfast: few options, and poor quality products

Quarto limpo, funcionários da noite um pouco atrapalhados e inexperientes. Foi informado à portaria que, em um dos quartos reservados, a água não aqueceu. Banho frio com 2 idosos ocupando o quarto. A portaria recebeu o chamado e até o check out nenhuma providência foi tomada. Cafe da manhã muito bom! Estacionamento ok também.
