Incrivel hotel bem em frente ao mirante da serra do rio do rastro. Propriedade muito bem localizada e muito bonita a vista de qualquer lugar da propriedade é incrivel. As cabanas são muito aconchegantes, aquecimento impecavel, atendimento excelente. Cafe da manha e restaurantes muito bons tambem.

Adoramos o resort, o time de atendimento é muito solicito e atencioso. Dois pontos de observação é que falta incluir no cardápio do restaurante opções veganas. Como fica localizado em um local com poucas opções de restaurantes ficamos dependendo das opções do resort. Eu, como sou vegano algum tempo já me preveni e levei algumas opções para me alimentar. Outro é que solicitamos o alimentos antes da prova que iriamos fazer e deixamos claro que deveria ser vegetariano, porém o sanduíche fornecido tinha presunto dentro. Vale uma atenção especial a respeito desse cuidado para pessoas com restrições alimentares. De resto, foi perfeito, desejamos voltar mais vezes.

Já tínhamos nós hospedado neste resort em 2019. Voltamos para uma estadia de 3 dias. No geral, o atendimento é muito bom. Chalés com decoração rústica mas muito confortável. Excelente piscina. A vista é linda. Realizamos o passeio do Cânion da Ronda que fica na propriedade. Algumas considerações: na minha opinião, para hóspedes, deveria ter a opção gratuita para acessar o Cânion e o balanço do cânion. Outra consideração, acredito que o restaurante precisa de uma atenção especial. Comparado a minha experiência de 2019, achei que ouve um declínio na qualidade, muito abaixo da expectativa para o jantar.
