"We stayed here just before July 4th weekend. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Top level customer service. Everyone from the manager to wonderful ladies working the breakfast to the janitor and housekeeping would say hello or good morning. The house keeping arranged my daughter's stuffed animals on the bed and she loved it. The only little issue was our shower kept running slowly. I am sure if we would have let them know they would have switched us rooms. But we decided to just deal with it. We travel a lot and have had much worse customer experience at places twice the price. We absolutely will be staying here on our trips to st louis."
