The property is beautiful. The view is absolutely spectacular. The room is lovely and comfortable with extras.Make sure to watch your step when you first walk in. And the black flooring from the area where the bed is to where the sitting area is has a step as well...hard to see. I had to keep reminding myself not to trip. I only found one outlet in the room, but it did have several units so we were able to plug in our two phones and my watch. But if you have a lot of other stuff, you may want to contact the host.The host was very accommodating and communicative. I love that there's a video she sends to give you info on what to expect when you get there. It was so helpful.The whole area is fenced in, but there was an open area near the carport where our dog was able to get out. Watch your dog. If you're not steady on your feet, be really careful on the walk down to the seating area near the cliff. A walking stick came in really handy. But once there, it's just incredible. We got to watch hang-gliders make their way through the sky.Make sure to use the host's handy-dandy jar of peanuts to feed the Blue Jays. That was a highlight of the morning. Watching them, the finches, the squirrels, and the quail was a beautiful part of our visit.The drive into town isn't long and it's so charming. If you haven't been to Crestline before, make sure to use your GPS. There are a lot of forks in the road, lots of turns, and it could be easy to get a bit lost.
