Welcome to the Ski Haus, a family-owned spot for over 50 years. We're sharing our cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo with folks who appreciate a relaxed mountain vibe and good times on the slopes.
Step inside, kick back by the wood-burning fireplace, and enjoy the stunning views from the shared balcony. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, and on the main floor, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo separates it from the second bedroom, which has a queen and a twin bed. There's another bathroom across the hall with a shower and toilet, keeping things convenient.
Upstairs, a private bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom provides a tranquil escape. And if you've got little ones, there's a separate nook with a table and chairs for them to do their thing while you unwind.
No worries about sleeper sofas here – everyone gets a comfy bed. Cozy, homey, and comfortable, our place sleeps 7. Gather around the dining area for meals, whip up your favorites in the well-equipped kitchen, and toss in a load of laundry if you need to.
For a touch of relaxation, head to the community hot tub and grill area with AMAZING views. It's a chill spot to wind down after hitting the slopes.

Excellent ski-in, ski-out condo
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The access to the slopes was amazing, just a few steps down the walkway to where we could put on our skis. We were able to easily come in for lunch which is a nice luxury. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Wendy and James were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Ski In/Ski Out Property
Took 5 teenagers here for daughter's birthday. They loved being able to ski in and ski out of property. We came back for lunch one day, with some of us taking a longer lunch than others, but was easy as the building is on the ski slopes, just above the resort, about 400 yards from the Red Lady Express lift. Really enjoyed the quaint apartment, was plenty large enough for the 7 of us. Will go back next time we go to CB.

Great Ski-in/Ski-Out
Great condo with easy in/out access. It definitely sleeps 7 but with not a lot of room to spare. Very efficient setup. Lots of great spices and cooking options. The community hot tub is easy to access. Property manager is there to handle any challenges. The nightly sunset is awe inspiring. Had a great week at Crested Butte again.

Great location and views!
This condo has the best location ski in/out in crested Butte. The views from the living room are amazing. Very well equipped for a week stay. We cooked every night. The kitchen had all necessary pans/pots, dishes etc.The condo itself is in dire need of a remodel. Carpets are worn and furniture is very old.
