The Space:
This brand new property, along the edge of Crested Butte South, has an incredible, unobstructed view! Imagine sunsets, star gazing and relaxing on this west facing deck!
The open floor concept allows this small footprint to live large. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen provides everything your group will need to prepare a scrumptious meal. The living room has a large smart TV with Youtube TV and streaming capabilities & gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day out in the mountains. A dining table, with ample seating and ensconced by picture windows, provides a lovely setting for every meal. The southwest facing covered deck has shade and gorgeous, unobstructed views and a gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed & one with a queen bed and both with ensuite full bathrooms, shower only. The third sleeping space is an enclosed room with a pullout queen couch and a loft with a queen bed. There is a washer/dryer on the premises. This property has a pack n play travel crib and sheets, a crockpot, blender, gas grill, drip and keurig coffee maker.

Crested Butte South is a vibrant community located a 10-minute drive from downtown Crested Butte. The house is about half way up the hillside of CB South. Plan on a 15 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte, or 25 minute drive to Mt CB. You're a 5-minute drive to the bus stop (free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte and ski mountain), Red Mountain Park, Camp 4 Coffee and a few eateries. In addition to all that Town and the Mountain has to offer, CB South has an ice rink and groomed Nordic trails in the winter, and endless hiking trails in Cement Creek in the summer. You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.

Crested Butte South is where the majority of locals live for the Crested Butte area. There's a small commercial district with a few restaurants, coffee shop & liquor store.
Getting Around:
You will need an AWD or 4WD vehicle in winter months. Preferable in summer months, but not necessary.

The house was perfect for 2 couples. It was stocked better than any other house we’ve ever rented, in the kitchen and bathrooms! The views were amazing and we spent numerous hours on the deck enjoying them! It felt very private and was convenient to the town of Crested Butte. We would definitely rent this house again!
Fantastic! House was stocked amazingly well with high quality items, not the cheaper things you find in most rentals. Beds were extremely comfortable, towels were amazingly soft, and the whole house was spotless. Kitchen was stocked with all the accessories you could possibly need. The house is situated on the edge of the neighborhood offering fantastic view from inside the living/kitchen and Master as well as the deck. The deck was an awesome spot to sip coffee in the morning and relax, grill, share a family meal, and catch the sunset after spending the day in the mountains. Very convenient location, about 20 minutes from Crested Butte and 30 minutes from Gunnison. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were always very timely in their responses. Overall, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at!! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!
