We had a great time and felt very comfortable! Had all we needed. It was very private and the friendly neighbor even stopped by to say hello and dropped off some fresh eggs! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back for another stay!

We had an amazing time here! I really can't speak highly enough about the host. He was incredibly responsive, and did all he could to make sure we had a great experience. Each room was very nice, comfortable beds, and the open layout was great! Truly a great place to go with friends and family. The game room downstairs was really cool. The owner made a great PDF brochure of all the essentials, plus places to eat and things to do in the area. Very professional looking. We went in the summer, and the wide open grassy area made it a lot of fun to play lawn games. We highly recommend this property, and will likely be going back sometime!

Jason was a great host! Very communicative and helped out with any questions or requests we had quickly. Our group had an awesome time at the property. When we weren’t out exploring the poconos there was so much to do at home which made our trip very memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, will definitely be coming back.

Winter Break with Family

All in All it was a good 4 day stay. The house was clean. The game room was very nice. The Hot tube was a hit. The only problem were both fireplaces. We attempted to use both, but had to put them out. Smoke was coming inside. We believe the flume is clogged. I messaged the owner but never received a proper responds. Besides that we had a nice stay.

Large, beautiful house in a great location

Couldn't have asked for anything else for my "friends reunion" stay. It was a large group of 10 friends and we needed a space big enough to accommodate us all that didn't skimp on location and entertainment options. Would absolutely come here again for our next event.

A perfect getaway

A perfect place to unwind and relax. The property has ample activities for a family/friends staycation. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary condiments and appliances one would require. The hot tub was really clean. The location was amazing - secluded enough for a peaceful stay but at 20-30 mins distance from acitivites/food. Really enjoyed our stay at Jason!

Perfect for a group of friends

Jason is an amazing host! The property was gorgeous and perfect for a large group of friends or family. It was just what we needed. Also Lou was a great neighbor! We loved talking with him throughout our stay. I would definitely come back next year!

Nice Place, Great Hosts

Overall a nice place and Great Hosts!! House and property were large and roomy, good amenities, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels included, and nice furnishings. Downstairs was nice with the game room, really fun, and firepit outside lived up to its online picture. Few things of note, I'd point out for the owners and future renters: - Home smelled clean and disinfected upon arrival, however inside of fridge and freezer could have been cleaner. - Dinning table chairs all had food crumbs on them. - Master bedroom tub had a big hair ball in it, and the master shower ceiling had black mold growing on it. Not significant, however an inconvenience when on vacation not expecting to clean after others. Other items: - The hot tub, hard for owners to control with many visitors, however water was extremely foamy and a little slimly feeling a sign of needing to be cleaned and/or chemicals adjusted. - Location of property, while on a private road and large lot, is situated just above a noisy road where you could hear traffic most of the night. - Finally the external cameras. I understand owners need for surveillance, however one camera back middle of house points directly at hot tub which I feel is inappropriate. Also, cameras are connected to motion sensor lights with the one on front deck being very annoying go on and off with the slightest movement. Hope this review helps, overall the home was really nice with a few things that could be easily addressed.

birthday weekend!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in! The house was so clean and well stocked and absolutely gorgeous! The beds were ridiculously comfy and Jason was an awesome host! He checked in to see if we needed anything and even gave us a heads up that there was someone coming to the property to remove some branches. I would love to rent from him in the future. My birthday weekend was so incredibly special and this house was a huge reason why!

Family Christmas gift

This was the best Christmas gift my husband and I have given our children since they were little kids. Such a fabulous way to spend time together, and at such a wonderful Location. Everything was so clean. This house was so spacious and decorated so up to date. The fireplace in the living room was so comfy and inviting. The hot tub was fun. Close to shopping facility‘s and eateries. Jason was swell!! We would definitely return. Thank you Jason. A very happy family

Wonderful Stay

The house and outdoor space was great! My daughter loved the game room and plethora of video and table games! I myself enjoyed the hot tub, back deck, and large yard with fire pit. All amenities are close, we even found a nice beach about 15 minutes away. Great time with fam!

Beautiful Property, and responsive Host

We were a group of 6 people staying at this property the first week of April. Our mail goal was hiking and relaxation. The property is large and has beautiful natural light. We enjoyed the games in the basement and the hot tub. Jason was super responsive - never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. We hope to go there again soon!

Amazing!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The pictures do not give this place enough justice. Jason was very thorough and communicated with us from the very beginning. The view, hot tub, games and attractions kept us entertained throughout the entirety of our trip. I have family members that tend to get bored pretty quickly and not one of them was unimpressed. Not to mention, the beautiful home! It was very clean and cozy. Everything was set well and organized for our arrival, starting with the reference guides displayed around the home, the guestbook, and amenities. Thank you to Jason and Roza, we hope to come back again. P.S. - The neighbors fresh roasted coffee beans are delicious!
