Very poor and deceptive accomodation

On arrival at this former council flat we discovered there was 2 flights of stairs with no lift facility and theregore tugging the luggage up was a challenge. In the flat there was one bed which was just about bigger than a single bed, a double bed and a flimsy sofa bed which was only big enough for 1 person. The sleeping arrangements meant 2 of us made a makeshift bed on the floor. There was no hot water, no dryer and the toilet made a dripping noise all night and I'm the lounge kitchen area the fridge and thermostat made a noise all night. I attempted to phone and text the owner however there was no response until the following day. A positive asp3ct was that the kitchen was well equipped with fruit snacks and drinks and was clean but definitely not worth £194 for the night. This flat is not suitable for 6 people
