Come relax in this cozy, clean, fully-remodeled home located in the Fair Park area near downtown Dallas about a mile away from Dos Equis Pavilion. Four bedrooms with queen-size beds, Internet, Wi-Fi, kitchen ready for cooking and serving. Parking available inside fenced yard. Yard is fully fenced for those with pets along.

As a courtesy to neighbors, please park your vehicles inside the fence behind the wooden gate if possible. Limit parking to the driveway only; no on-street parking. No parties or events are allowed and no outside guests are allowed beyond your reservation headcount. No outside music or noise. Mark was a great host and checked in with us to be sure we lacked for nothing. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. We could have used a few more dishes and a working ice maker, and it would be helpful to have the house number displayed more prominently. But we would definitely stay there again and likely will!

Super cozy stay

I brought my two teenagers with me to a music festival and the stay at The Cozy House was perfect. Not only was it close to the venue, but it was super spacious, quiet and close to everything we needed. My teens and I enjoyed the stay very much. When back in the area, we plan to stay again because the close was very well worth the value we received.
