Love this place! We've stayed there twice and were very happy both times. The fenced area for the pets has a high fence and no cacti, and seems very safe. It's not far from the highway but is super quiet and private with beautiful views. The heat/AC works great and the whole space is very well appointed, with extra linens and thoughtful touches and goodies everywhere you look. Loved the motion sensor lights that come on near the AC controls and the bathroom! I wouldn't recommend sleeping upstairs with a toddler, as the railing has wide openings (which you can see in the pictures). We slept downstairs, though, and it was very comfortable. The host checked in after our first night to see if we needed anything. Thanks so much!

This was my 2nd amazing stay at the Cozy Cabin. It was extremely clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the chefs kitchen then enjoy your meal in the fenced back yard under the stars. Lidia was the best host to work with.

I had an amazing stay at the Cozy Cabin. What a great place to relax on the patio, sleep in, take long walks/hikes on this beautiful 10-acre property on the hill. Unforgettable sun set nights. I will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin. The views of the desert and surrounding mountains were absolutely beautiful. The peaceful setting made it feel like we were truly away from it all—yet far enough from town to be convenient.One of our favorite surprises was discovering a nature trail right on the property. It added such a special touch and made morning walks feel like a little adventure. The cabin itself is unique, warm, and incredibly inviting. The fireplace was fantastic and especially cozy, perfect for relaxing evenings. The host even had the fireplace ready with loaded wood and kindling – all we needed to do was strike a match.Everything was spotless and well maintained – thoughtfully stocked with essentials and everyday items that made settling in easy and stress-free. Those small details really made it feel like a true home away from home.The host was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. We also really appreciated that it’s pet friendly—our furry companion felt just as welcome as we did.The location is ideal for off-road adventures, but it’s also the perfect place to slow down. We spent a rainy day happily reading books, working on a puzzle, and simply enjoying the calm atmosphere. We were lucky enough to spend Christmas here, and it was a relaxed, peaceful holiday we’ll always remember.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for comfort, character, cleanliness, and a quiet escape surrounded by nature.

This cabin more than exceeded our expectations. It is so beautiful! The owner's attention to detail in every piece of decor was impeccable. We hosted a small event for an two hours but enjoyed the ambiance and beauty to ourselves for two lovely nights. I was reminded of the simple pleasures waking up to vast views of desert and enjoying coffee on the back porch. The full kitchen comes with everything you need (I even spotted an insta pot!), there's laundry on site, and the bed is so comfortable! Cozy cabin lives up to it's name. I'll be back!

Rustic style cabin with all modern amenities. The cabin was very clean with comfortable bedding. It is in a very secluded location about a mile down a dirt road. The morning we left a family of quail were walking on the driveway.

Beauitful, clean, well-equipped, private cabin, close to I-40. This was just what our family of 5 needed on our cross-country roadtrip after our visit to the Grand Canyon. The only thing helpful to know is that access to the washer and dryer is located outside so because it was storming, it was a little tricky getting our laundry done. Other than that, everything about this spot is perfect!!! Thank you, Lidia!

Honeymooners Loved It

We arrived at night, and the only thing we really got to enjoy was the adorable inside of the cabin, and the fire pit outside. The next morning when we woke up it was so unexpectedly beautiful, just magic to be out there in the middle of nowhere like that! Lidia is a fantastic hostess and we could have asked for more!

Gorgeous is an understatement

Lidia’s cabin is out of a dream. Not only the views all around are spectacular, every corner of the cabin has a carefully curated thought put into. Recommend it 100%. Will be back next time.

Best Valentines Day so far

My partner and I appreciate isolation and nature. It was such a perfect stay, close enough to the town to be able to get anything if needed yet far away enough to see the stars and have absolute peace and quiet. The cabin was gorgeous and very cozy. It exceeded our expectations. We were also given perfect Communication from owner.

The cutest, coziest, comfiest cabin I have ever stayed at with the best extras and so perfectly equipped. And in a beautiful setting - the sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous especially/including from the bed upstairs! The outdoor space, the bathroom, the kitchen, the furniture, decor, bed, all of it was perfection. I want to come back!

Our stay at the cabin was fantastic! The property was clean, well taken care of and well appointed. The host was awesome and left toys for our French bulldogs to welcome them as well. Kitchen had everything you need and nothing you don’t. My wife and I sat out under the stars with our boys in the fenced yard with a fire in the fire pit. (And the host provided plenty of fire wood for the wood burning stove inside and the fire pit outside!). The custom bathroom was a super nice touch too. If you’re looking for a special place to stay, this is it! My wife said “whenever we come to Kingman, we are staying here!”

Broken Bed at Cozy Cabin

The cabin, property, & location was lovely. However! Communication with the host was not prompt & sometimes was hard to understand. Upon checking in, we sat on the bed which immediately broke! The mattress was very heavy, being only supported by a few 1” wood slats one of which broke, & a piece of plywood. We were able to get the slats & wood repositioned & the very heavy mattress back in place, after receiving a few splinters from the plywood. Then at 2 AM as we were sleeping, the bed once again gave way, & the mattress fell to the floor. Quite the shock! Can you imagine? We ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor. We also had a mouse run out of the bathroom, in addition to several glass shards on the rug next to the bed which we found by stepping on. There were dead bugs in the dishes & the locks were padlocks. We notified the host who took forever to respond & never addressed the glass or mouse, & then implied the broken bed was our doing. We asked for either a refund for that first nite, & we would pay to sleep on the floor for the 2nd nite or a full refund & we’d check out early. After hours of trying to communicate with the host, we finally just checked out a day early & requested a full refund which the host did agree to. Then when Vrbo notified us of the refund, it was only a partial refund, so the Vrbo rep went back & read our messages & agreed that the host said they would give us a full refund which had to be done by the VRBO rep. Book at your own risk!
