Great driveway and car port. SORRY NO PETS! FREE WIFI available. A 5 minute walk to shops, cafes, supermarkets and main street. Only a 15 minute drive to Penguin Parade. Walking distance to Cowes safe swimming beach and yacht club. This handy home, sleeps 8 guests; 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. (Toilet is off the laundry, next to the bathroom, so separate toilet). Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed, & porta cot. Bedroom 3 - 2 x bunks, (top bunks suitable for children only)

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

Homey beach shack
Perfect location for a long weekend stay.
The check in and out proccess was seamless. All communications were prompt and informative.
The house itself was extrmely neat and tidy. The ammenities provided for a long weekend stay made the trip easy for us as a family with friends.
Thr backyard was a hit for the children. Would stay again.
