This single storey, modern holiday house in great location has state of the art cooking facilities, Bosch 900mm oven, dishwasher and 900mm induction cook top, complimented with a Samsung 4 door fridge / freezer with chilled filter water & Ice maker. Every bedroom & Living area offers heating & cooling. Separate lounge with TV for the kids. No WiFi.
Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Central bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet.
Driveway parking for 1 car. Narrow street for parking extra cars.
Bedding Configuration is as follows:
Sleeps 8-10
Bed 1: 1 Queen with en-suite.
Bed 2: 1 Queen
Bed 3: 1 Queen
Bed 4: 2 Singles
Plus sofa fold out double couch in back lounge room, suitable for small people.

This property can provide all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats - $80 extra charge for linen & towels.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Excellent location a short walk form beaches, shops, cafe's and markets if you are there on the week

Great stay in this modern house. I loved being able to walk everywhere and we only needed the car to get to the further afield attactions. Cowes is such an attractive base and I loved being able to browse through the boutiques and shops, grab an icrecream and sit on the beach and relax.

This house is located a street back from the main street in Cowes and extremely close to the Aldi, which was very convenient. 2 separate lounge areas great for adults and kids respectively.
