Cowes Chapel Beach House

This fabulously presented Phillip Island beach house, a stones throw away from Cowes' famous front beach and its main street of shops and eateries.
The comfortable lounge room is nicely complimented with a digital TV.
The outdoor area is accompanied with plenty of seating to accommodate a large number of guests with a Webber BBQ sure to leave tongues wagging, alongside the entertaining area of the garden.
The 2 well presented bedrooms can cater for up to 5 guests with a queen size, triple bunk complimenting the properties comfortability.
The bathroom and toilet have been newly renovated with a large walk in shower. *the property has been freshly painted late August 2025,
The property is also pet friendly, so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend along.
For those who want to keep fit whilst away, Cowes' local football oval, gym, tennis courts and walking tracks are all within close proximity to the property.
Parking available on the property, plus plenty of spaces available on Chapel St. An Evie Plugshare station is 400m for guests that need a charging station for their car.

This really is a lovely home, in a great location, that is perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway!

Overall a lovely stay in a cute well-appointed unit in a very convenient and quiet location. A few finishing touches could make guests stay even better. E.g. a box of tissues, small trash can in toilet. We found that locking/unlocking the front door was fairly finicky, required a lot of jiggling. Also recommend bringing your own towels, towels provided are very old and thin.
