One bedroom one full bath with exterior porch with views of the pasture and woods. Full bed on upper level, couch on lower. Interior and exterior entry with a spiral staircase to bedroom with two sitting areas. Lower living area has a flat screen and full kitchen. Large open bathroom with interior and exterior entry and double rain shower heads. Over 40 acres of land for horses, atvs, running or a lazy day spent by Snapping shoals creek that boarders the entire length of the back of the property. Grill and two stone firepits. Plenty of parking, round pen, six stall pole barn for horses or atv storage.
The vacation home features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Relax with a rainfall shower. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
