Nice hotel and amenities e.g. Nice swimming pool and gym area. Rooms are clean and comfortable but heating didn't work and a problem with shower. Food quality isn't great and you'll find better at other local hotels .

Don't get me wrong this is the same as every other Hilton by appearance, however I am yet to experience a more friendly and accommodating staff in any hotel chain. I'd happily stay there on a regular basis.

I stayed here as part of a group visiting the NEC. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, a nice touch the little luxury items in the bathroom. The staff were the BEST, always a smile, very courteous at all time, always helpful. The hotel/room were very clean. Well done, as I have stayed in an awful Hilton before.

Plenty of car parking space on arrival and booking was up front about £5/night charge. Spacious and comfortable entrance area / lounge leading to reception. Warm welcome and efficient check in to a nicely refurbished room since last visit. Nice that they have retained the bath option. Clean and well equipped, only fault was previous occupant had left safe locked, quickly sorted by reception. Nice light snacks bar menu, some items slightly expensive but an excellent breakfast to start the day

Mixed feelings on this one.....Checked in on the app, which was really easy and got to pick our room. The hotel is really easy to find. Car park isn't free which is unusual but it's only £5. On arrival there were plenty of staff around, the entrance is open plan, and stylish. We were given free cookies that my husband ate as they had walnuts in which I don't like. Lifts up to our room were fine no problems. Our room was quite basic for a Hilton, just didn't feel that special especially the bathroom it was a bit drab, especially so seen as the lobby area was new, modern and crisp. We only stayed 1 night so it was fine. We didn't use the swimming pool facilities as we walked down and it is quite small, and busy. We had a drink at the bar which is a really cool place to sit it's been beautifully designed, and also some food. My mixed grill was fine except the lamb was too rare, and we both felt that the server was hovering around as we ate (bit uncomfortable). There was an event on at the arena nearby so we expected it to be busy, however our meal was peaceful. The peace didn't last. Through the night was awful, there were people constantly running down the hallway, screaming, shouting, singing, slamming doors, and generally being a nuisance. I'd of thought a Hilton hotel would keep this under control but it seems not. This carried on until around 4am. We went down for breakfast at 7.30 it was busy but there was plenty of hot and cold options (self service buffet) the breakfast staff were all lovely and friendly. Check out was quick and easy with no problems. Unfortunately I think this hotel is over priced and because of the late night disturbances I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable rooms, lovely coffee maker in room, everything was fantastic, we were going to the Ricoh arena taxi around £15 each way, was able to pay both ways breakfast and dinner, and room less than The hotel on site

I rocked up to the hotel on Saturday afternoon, but as i was coming out of the taxi my finger was caught in the taxi door, as you could imagine blood was gushing everywhere. I went to reception for a bandage and a lady called 'Beverly' disinfected the wound and bandaged it up. She made me feel very welcome and would like to thank her for her act of kindness she deserves a reward. Not only that the bed was fantastic, the room was clean and it was cheap as chips with great staff.

Stayed here twice in the past but stayed again Saturday 5th August 2017 and really enjoyed it. The hotel has been refurbished since our last stay and its for the better. Room was very nice with a great shower. Breakfast was as good as always at a Hilton. staff were very customer focussed. Lots of parking. Close to motorways and not far from Leamington, Stratford on Avon, Warwick and of course Coventry. we have not been in a Hilton for some time but will be again soon

Modern functional hotel at good location next to motorway with plenty of parking. Not going to win any awards for its looks on the outside, but inside its a smart well cared for hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are well decorated, clean and quiet, with a decent size bathroom. Grabbed dinner in hotel restaurant, not something I normally go for - was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was faultless with a good quality range of hot and cold food. Great value for money and somewhere I'd stay again next time I'm in the area.

It was a real pleasure staying there Ultra clean, great house keeping , great breakfast, ultra friendly staff especially at the reception Easily give them 10/10 for the flawless service Highly recommended if in Coventry Do not forget your free cookies all day through, really delicious
