The hot water in the shower was non existent. Customer service in the evening was slow and she was a rude about bathrooms being lock, needing extra towels for a three night stay and misunderstanding of the two rooms being booked. The air conditioning did not work in one of our rooms in summer in the south of Texas. When asked about having it checked or a new room we were told maintenance would look at it Tuesday and no other rooms were available. We were there for my fathers funeral and just took what we could in the small town.

The first room we booked was really nice and big almost a suite but there was white powder on the floor near the AC unit. The shower was leaking, we got moved to another room it was a lot smaller and the shower was leaking as well also the faucets were loose and rusty.

I called to confirm my reservation and the woman who answered asked if I were local toe Pearsall when I told her no, she said she hoped not because they to rent to anyone local, went to our room, the toilet didn’t fill after being flushed so we were moved to a non handicap room. When my husband went for coffee the next morning..he was told very hatefully that the dining room was closed even though they had the door open and food out for the continual breakfast…our room wasn’t cleaned and when my husband went to o get more towels, he was told housekeeping doesn’t work on Sundays and only every other days. We found a half eaten bag of chips (not ours) in a drawer by the bed and the trash outside the entrance door was over flowing with garbage. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN.
