Going on vacation to Monterrey

Room in bad shape. Smell bad and bathroom door was touching the floor that made a lot of noise. Our son woke up and could not go back to sleep

I go to Dilley to visit my son and the room we got had no iron but the housekeeper went out her way to go find me one . And that’s always a plus for me when a person actually enjoys their job .

Not the best experience

The hotel seemed run down. I was staying for a business trip. As soon as I checked in I had some work to do so I didn’t notice the dirty sheets until I got ready for bed. I called down but they couldn’t send anyone to change my sheets so I had to pack up and move rooms. The location was loud. I was woken up a couple of times during the night to someone honking their horn and slamming doors.
