Stayed for one night, clean room, clean restroom, soft bed, good breakfast.
Property, Staff, Room... everything was excellent! Definitely will be staying there again in the future!
I didnt like the headboard in the room. As it came crashing down on me in the middle of the night. Only thing holding it up was some velcro.
The staff & the hotel were excellent & invitingly friendly. We came from the funeral to retrieve one of our cell phone & they allowed us to use a room to change from our suits. They didn’t have to do that b/c we were thankful we could used their restrooms but they did open a room for our convenience.
The property was completely a mess. The breezeway was blocked off but the concrete work was complete. The parking lot had potholes and the exterior of the building was just completely unkept. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating but our room was not comfortable at all. The room smelled musty like there was mildew some where. The smell was primarily in the bathroom but it made the entire room carry an unpleasant odor. The shades did not roll up or down and the sheets had shrunk or was undersized because as soon as I pulled the blankets back to lay down the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress. With that being said, we decided after one night to not stay for our second night. I do stay in a lot of hotels traveling for business and this by far was not a very good experience at all.
Night attendant was very polite and very helpful room was very clean bed very comfortable and breakfast is very good I would stay again
My stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful, staff from the moment I walked in was friendly and welcoming, the comfort of the room was great, I would stay here again, great service, great room.

The heat outside was oppressive so this hotel was a welcome escape. Everything was clean and in great shape. Glad I chose Hampton
Very comfortable bed and slept like a baby -- Staff helped with directions to the Kickapoo Casino -- Only 7 miles away but seem closer than that -- Really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton with a nice breakfast in the morning --
Stayed here before, would recommend stay for anyone visiting this rapidly growing city. My visit was for family purpose, but would accomadate any occasion. Nice location site. Hotel seem quiet most of my stay there, except for one evening. But you are going to encounter party goers any place you stay. That only lasted a short time. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. Lots of hot water and plenty of towels. My favorite place so far. Hopefully, this hotel can remain maintained nicely and updated as needed.

Thank you for your review. We apologize about the issues during your stay. We recently had stamped concrete poured under the canopy. Once it was poured, it had to dry and then be sealed. It is now completed. I will address the issues with the bedding with housekeeping. - Management
