I had several issues during my stay that I reported and they were never fixes, my door didn't lock so I had to barricade it each night my linen had red lipstick and black mascara stains upon arrival I asked to have it changed was told housekeeping was fine, reported it Gain the next morning was assured it would be handled , I placed all the linen on the floor to make sure they changed it ...returned to my room later that evening to find the same dirty linen on the bed. And the door again sticking and not locking. I reported and was told the manager would be in at 700am and I could speak to her. Went to front desk next morning asked for the manager Elva would not get the manager, instead she said "I'll pass it along and maybe she'll give you some points" I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The hotel is very accesible. It is clean and the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and they seem to care that you have a good time while staying there.
Room was very new and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good small table to eat and kitchen area. Staff was friendly. This hotel is one of the better places to stay.
