It is too bad that the system only gave out 5 stars. I would give rate it six stars for this stay if I can. The room was clean. You can immediately feel the warm welcome from the staff the moment you check-in. The butler services were excellent to say the least. The only small glitch would be if the windows were with less water stain. Other than that, everything was better than perfect. Well done.

Service was over the top amazing, especially the breakfast staff. Kane, Asmita, Rod, and others were excellent. Treated us like family and we will come back just because of them. We wanted to take all of them home with us as our new family members! They were the best part of our stay. Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. Small property with top notch service that felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend.
