Cal Tio 1 YourHouse, perfect for families, in a quiet area

The Agroturismo Cal Tio with communal pool is a very quiet place, surrounded by nature, animals and a small orchard. It is ideal for 2 adults.



Costitx is located in the center of Mallorca and is characterized for being a familiar and rural destination. Every Wednesday the market of Sineu is celebrated, a few kilometers from Costitx. In the cities of Inca and Manacor you will find supermarkets, gas stations and stores. The northern beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia, are about half an hour's drive away. A car is necessary.



The agroturismo consists of four double accommodation units sharing the swimming pool (size: 10 x 5 meters, maximum depth 1,60 meters), the barbecue and the applied terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas. The pool has a shallow area of 2 x 5 meters and a depth of 30 cm. On the terrace of the apartment there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a long breakfast.



Each accommodation unit has a terrace that gives access to the living-dining room with sofa, air conditioning, ducted central heating, satellite TV.



Next, there is the kitchen with dining area and a very complete equipment, vitro ceramic hob. The bedroom has a double bed. The en-suite bathroom of this room has a shower. If you are traveling with your baby, we provide a crib or mini-cot and a highchair, as well as a baby bathtub, some toys and children's crockery.

Calme et Reposant

J'ai adoré l'appartement qui est dans une petite maison aménagé avec goût. On voit que c'est un vieux bâtiment avec de la belle pierre, qui a été très bien rénové. La piscine à débordement est magnifique, c'est calme et reposant. J'ai passé un très bon séjour qui m'a ressourcer en ce début d'année. Je recommande pour des vacances reposante, avec un livre au bord de la piscine à profiter du soleil et du chant des oiseaux.
