Very nice hotel. Excellent well equipped rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. Location is approx 20/30m walk from Sitges town center. But only 5/7min walk to the Puerto. Where you can find some very nice restaurants, cafes and a couple of bars. Great thing about this Hotel is the breakfast. It offers everything you could want. From good healthy seeds, cereals to full English. Even some Japanese specialties to try. The person in charge "Susana" does a great and professional job of making sure all the food is topped up and in good order. My only negative, even though my visit was in January. The rooms were far to HOT. And you can't control the room individually.
We stayed at this hotel for a week over the new year period. Although it is a big hotel and conferences were being held this did not affect us at all. Our room was very comfortable and when we requested some sun beds on the balcony they were provided within minutes. The breakfast buffet was amazing with excellent and friendly service from all the staff. Our evening meal was provided in the a la carte Saffron Bistro and the food served was again of excellent quality - we had some of he best steaks we have ever had, they were so nicely cooked that a steak knife was not needed. The hotel is located a 20 minute walk into Sitges and the railway station where there are very regular trains to Barcelona. We would return to this hotel.
Work conference. Regular visitor with my businesses. They do a good job. Only negative is the rooms are not big enough to share. Good gym. Great conference rooms and food reception staff. Food was in the restaurant which was serve yourself. 8/10.
Overall Melia it's a good hotel with good facilities: parking, gym.. Some great people at the hotel bar, Constantin and Dianicet, with a nice and positive attitude that make me feel good and welcomed.
Stayed here for a conference. Great conference facilities, very nice restaurant and bar, and nice rooms. The bathrooms and shower were excellent, balconies are lovely, and food was fantastic. Location is good, though a little bit of a walk to central Sitges. The only real negative was the very firm mattress. I usually prefer a firm mattress, but this thing was a little too close to a board for my liking.
Our room was nice, good breakfast and overall service pleasant. The hotel is in a great location to go for walks along the beach. Would recommend the hotel and the town of Sitges to everybody. Had some trouble with internet, but a cable from the front desk fixed it.
We are gold members in Melia, and this hotel has not only very comfortable and quiet rooms but beautiful sea views, very close to the sea, friendly personal and very good food at restaurant.Last time i forgot my pc and mobil charger and when i realized i was at home, but i called them and they fixed everything very fast and sent it per private post very fast and very cheap! Great service, thanks a lot!!! The breakfast is very complete and with variety I would just recommend to have some Bio-vegerian products at breakfast. We received a lovely delicious welcome present, THANK YOU! Like always, we'll be back!!!!
I've had a memorable treatment from the reservations team at Melia Sitges. They have been very understanding and accommodating when I had a last minute problem with my reservation. I strongly recommend this hotel and will make it a point to visit it as soon as I have an opportunity.
Very good hotel - good staff - clean rooms - 10 minute walk to several beaches - good gym/sauna although they cost a few dollars extra - definitely a place worth checking out - i was there for the film festival and it was a zoo, and even at maximum capacity, the staff provided excellent service - really great breakfast buffet.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending a conference. Sitges is a small coastal town south of Barcelona. Its a bit out of the city- and you will need to take a 45 min train ride to get into Barcelona. The hotel is well situated in Sitges with only a short walk to the beach and old town. The hotel itself is very adequate, good conference facilities, nice, clean, business-like rooms, free wifi. Breakfast was quite good. Conference food was average. The town is quite pretty with many decent restaurants and quaint shops.
