Weekend get away.
Came to Coshocton from Wilmington, DE to visit family. Roscoe Retreat was our second stay at Roscoe Village. It was everything we expected and more. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and very clean. Enjoyed every moment we spent there. Everything you can possibly need is there. Will definitely be back!

Absolute Dream
I was in town for a week with the goal to collect some family items since my mom passed away. I had to work while I was in town. The property was perfect for what I needed. The communication with the property manager was easy and immediate. All of my questions were answered fully and quickly. The fact that I booked the day before my arrival did not faze them at all. I look forward to my next visit!

Quiet retreat
My friend and I really enjoyed a couple nights in Roscoe Village. There was a festival going on and we heard nothing from our apartment. Very quiet relaxing place. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Girls Trip
this was a great place to stay with a good location. The home had a nice outside, screened in porch that was great for setting in the evening. we will be back when it’s not raining. It’s a great place to stay for the price.

Nice weekend getaway
The property was in a nice area. It was very spacious. The screened in porch was very nice but the furniture cushions really need to be replaced. Other than that, we found no problems with the rental. We would rent it again if we go back to that area.

Great stay in historic Roscoe Village
if you are tired of hotel accommodations, overcrowding, and small rooms, then definitely book your stay here. The rental is the entire 3rd floor laid out like a 2 bedroom apartment! Open the door to a large, spacious living room that overlooks historic Roscoe, then transition to a large kitchen with dinette area and large walkout porch. Down the hallway to a large bedroom with queen bed and even larger king bedroom next to it. Good size bathroom with tub and shower, plus a half bath off living room. Very quiet and peaceful! Restaurants, shops, vintage stores and dining all within 2 blocks. A must stay if you are looking for relaxing time. I highly recommend!
