Check in was easy. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Bed was really hard but we asked for an extra comforter as a mattress pad and it worked great.
We didn’t do anything in the area, only stayed one night in the hotel so I can’t comment on the area. The hotel was awesome, however! Staff was amazing and all of them seemed to go the extra mile! Continental breakfast was better than any we’ve had in the past! Overall, a wonderful stay!
best hotel in the area. Safety, Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Just little disappointed by the pool had problems and my kids weren’t able to swim.
When we travel back home this is where we stay. Great rooms and staff very nice.

We ended up staying at the wrong hotel due to it having a similar name. I did not realize it until I was out for breakfast and found Coshocton Village Inn and Suites. (The other place acted like they had my reservation - it was a dive). I went in and talked to the manager. She was very helpful and arranged a refund. I REALLY wish we had gone to the correct hotel. Coshocton Village Inn and Suite was everything advertised and everything the other place was not.
The rooms were as they said they would be and the microwave and mini fridge were a definite plus. The room was clean enough though there were a few spots that the cleaners missed. The air conditioning unit was pretty noisy and there didn't seem to be any distinguishable difference between the high and low settings; therefore, we were either too cold or too hot. Breakfast was commendable given the many options but the quality was poor eg. over-processed, imitation EggBeaters put into weird circular molds. The water softener makes you feel like you're perpetually scrubbing to get soap off your hands and body.
Elevator was out. They could not switch our rooms to the 1st or 2nd floor. Maintenance man was helpful and helped carry luggage to the 3rd floor. Place was clean and 1 out of the 2 hotel clerks was very helpful.
We stayed here for a race. The hotel has a home, country feel. The staff is excellent and super friendly. We didn't want to drive home the next day and went out of the way to find us a room to stay again. Great location for area activities also. We will be back to stay for the race next year for sure.
