It is easy to get to and from the center of the area. You can only reach a few minutes drive. Still you will be the sensation of being immersed in the quietness of the typical Tuscan countryside.
The 3 level garden faces the sunset and the swimming pool has view on the valley underneath. The typical Tuscan country style has been preserved and is also closed to main Umbrian city like Perugia, Orvieto, the Trasimeno lake.

Cooking School: In our tavern, just a few minutes from the villa, it is possible to attend traditional Tuscan cooking classes and dinner
Mother Donatella will expose you Tuscan country tradition and will use ingredients coming from our farm
bikes rentals: bikes rentals available on request on daily or weekly basis
shopping services: we can buy groceries for you before your sale so you dont have to worry about food 10 € + the cost of the grocery
