Vows: Poverty Chastity Obedience not Needed Here!

We drove for about 10 minutes before we could find this convent hotel -- go further down the hill from the town and there it was. But, if you want a "cool" experience (both literally and figuratively) stay here. Our room was cold but the extra wool blankets in the armoire were there to help. It was easy to see how the nuns once roamed this property. The bells in the corridors were just waiting to be rung for morning vespers. The communal breakfast tables were also cool. The best part was the large outdoor terrace overlooking the entire valley. We wrote postcards and sipped some wine (our own) while enjoying breathtaking scenery. The front office staff were a bit terse but efficient. The WiFi didn't work well at all, despite paying a price for it. One of the most quiet hotels -- beds also comfy. Would stay here again.

Struttura chiusa da Settembre 2018 sul sito ancora davano disponibilità delle camere nel mese di dicembre!! Ho fatto un esposto presso la caserma dei carabinieri. Trovarsi il 30 di dicembre a dover a cercare una valida alternativa con il tutto esaurito tra Cortona e dintorni è stata un impresa, ma ci siamo riusciti grazie ad alcuni amici. La cosa che non comprendo è come sia potuto succedere, come sia stato possibile confermare la mia prenotazione quando la struttura era chiusa!!!!!

struttura piu simile ad un ostello che ad un albergo: pulizia scadente (polvere sui mobili, water senza tavoletta, doccia senza piatto) camera fredda e senza riscaldamento, solo qualche coperta in piu. l'unica nota positiva il parcheggio privato molto vicino al centro.

La struttura più che un hotel è una casa famigliare per ferie. Probabilmente ci sono camere migliori ma, avendo chiesto una camera a due letti non comparendo l'opzione online, ci hanno dato una camera a sei letti! Il prezzo era comunque davvero basso e la colazione molto dignitosa.

L'albergo è in ottima posizione,ad un passo dal centro ma immerso nel verde, ideale per riposare e stare tranquilli. Le camere sono ampie, ma in verità poco confortevoli (non c'è nemmeno una sedia o una poltroncina...) e l'arredamento è datato. il personale è cordiale e accogliente.

Kanske ett litet speciellt boende vad jag förstår så har det varit ett kloster tidigare som har satt sin prägel. Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal, typ Italiensk frukost. Du bör ha bil för att ta dig till detta ställe, med gratis parkering på området. Ett prisvärt boende. Borde ha varit med wi-Fi i priset och inte betala för utnyttjandet, var tvungen att gå ner vid reseprionen för att få tillräckligt stark signal. Kan rekommendera detta boendet som ett prisvärt alternativ
