Large 3-bedroom apartment with large living area located in a traditional house in Località Pecol, a panoramic and sunny hamlet of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Precisely because of its position, it is an ideal apartment for all those who love tranquility and contact with nature.



The apartment measures 120 square meters and consists of a spacious and bright living area with a living room furnished with a comfortable and large sofa and LCD TV, a dining area with a wooden table and a round bench. From the living room you have access to a panoramic balcony from which you can admire the Dolomites that surround the whole house. The kitchen is large and functional and consists of a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. In the sleeping area there are 3 large bedrooms, including a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Close but still far to the city (to walk)

Our stay was great. The region is gorgeous. The city itself is terrible for parking. People of age as myself suffer. The apartment is fully furnished except for a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The pillows are no good.
