Large and comfortable apartment in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo with lift and a panoramic balcony overlooking the Dolomites and Corso Italia. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful and comfortable living area. Ideal for hosting a family looking for a comfortable, full optional apartment in the center of Cortina.



The apartment is 100 square meters and is located on the first floor of a building in Corso Italia. The living area consists of a beautiful living room with comfortable sofa and LCD TV and a dining area with large wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both with large wardrobes. In one room there is the possibility of lowering a single foldaway bed in the wardrobe. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet connection. To complete the offer, there is also external parking with a parking space 100 meters from the house.

Possibly the best location in all of Cortina; perfectly situated on Corso Italia, less than 3 minute walk to so many good restaurants, gelateria, shopping, etc. the only complaint is this place is very hard to find mostly due to the poor sign age found in Italy. We were on the right street but a police officer stopped us and told us we couldn’t drive on the street; it’s not a thoroughfare but does permit driving for service trucks and locals who are not passing through, but have a parking pass. That was quite confusing and frustrating.
