The hotel is excellent, and the service is sensational. The concierge and reception staff are very helpful and respond to everything very quickly. The location is very good for those who don't want to stay in the city center (like us). The only point for improvement is the room cleanliness; we found some small items (makeup) from previous guests in places that would be easy to spot, but nothing that ruined the experience. I recommend bringing swimwear to enjoy the spa, even in cold weather. I highly recommend it and we will be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic few days at Rosapetra. Staff outstanding (small hotel with personal service - nothing was too much trouble for them); beautiful location; awesome spa and massage; shuttle service was very prompt; concierge set us up with a legendary local guide (Mario) who has climbed every major mountain in the world (as well as the Dolomites) but was super modest; hikes were sublime and climate perfect. Only regret was that we did not stay long enough - can’t wait to return next summer.

Very slow and non attentive-the wrong order was placed in the kitchen and it took forever to to get our food, there was no one checking on us at all and the restaurant only had 3-4 tables. The highlight of the property is the valet. He also provided transportation to and from Cortina which is a little over a mile away. We didn’t eat at the hotel but rather went into town for our meals. The spa is only average but the service and staff are very attentive. Room 30 or the “romantic suite” is not worth the extra money because the romance tub is a waste of water and space and the room is not well designed.

The Rosapetra Spa was very lovely and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice on arrival. The room was beautiful but lacked the 5 star luxury I was hoping for. The Spa was quite beautiful and had various saunas but the most beautiful sauna was off limits and we were scolded by the spa staff when we used it but not one staff member said it was closed. It was annoying but I have to say the spolier was the American couple who made a scene in the spa was they saw someone naked. To all Americans- its Europe-if you go to a spa be prepared to see nakedness. I have to say what really impressed me the most was the restaurant. It was fantastic. Everything we ate was amazing and the service was impeccable.
