A wonderful Masseria

I wish we could keep this place a secret as it was so wonderful. There was plenty of space for the family to separate and find quiet time. The house had everything you could want and the location is brilliant for exploring and getting to both sides of the coast. A magical time.

Gorgeous Place

The host was so nice. The place is incredibly decorated and the setting was idyllic and peaceful! It was beautiful sitting out by the pool; however it was a little too cold in May to swim! It was nice having a washing machine and the wifi was great! We had the local finance police come by to verify that we had rented the property and how much we paid for it. They took photos of our ID, which was a little disconcerting, until we confirmed with the local police that they were legitimate. We really appreciated that the hosts came immediately and verified that it was all ok, as we don't speak Italian. Fantastic stay in a beautiful house we would highly recommend!!

Perfect rural retreat!

We had a fantastic stay. The Villa is absolutely charming with beautiful outside areas and gardens. The kitchen area has a big fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machines, juicer, dishwasher- everything needed. The bathrooms are beautiful and we loved the stone trough sinks! The showers worked well. We didn’t really spend anytime in the lounge area as the outside was too enticing but it was a nice cool area. The pool is lovely for a cool down and the barbecue area is fantastic for evening meals. There are plenty of outdoor tables and seats so you can always find a shady or sunny spot. It is located in a very quiet area only a short drive from small towns and villages with various cafes and restaurants. It is a 20 min walk to the village of Corsano with a delicious patisserie! It’s very close to sea - we walked a couple of times (up hill all the way back) or it’s a short drive. For us it was the perfect base for a very relaxed 2 weeks. The host family were very friendly and extremely helpful. We only had one very small issue with a light and it was solved immediately.

Fabulous farmhouse with pool

Valter has done a amazing job with this property! It is super clean and very well cared for. Everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable, great small touches and lots of room. The outside living and lounging areas are fantastic! Plenty of outdoor area to cook and enjoy meals and to lounge in the sun. The pool was fantastic! Valter and Paola provided all the information we requested on the local area. This is a truly special place.

Die Terrassen rund um das Haus sind sehr schön und großzügig, ebenso wie der liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Palmen und Kakteen. Obst- und Olivenbäume, wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, gab es allerdings nicht, was für uns allerdings kein Mangel war. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist recht klein – das ist jedoch auch auf den Bildern gut erkennbar. Auch sonst geben die Fotos die Unterkunft recht gut wieder.Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. So wurde z.B. fehlendes Geschirr (eine sechste Kaffeetasse, Weingläser) umgehend nachgereicht, und als am Abend eine Sicherung im Außenbereich wiederholt herausflog, kam der Vermieter noch am selben Abend vorbei und behob das Problem schnell und zuverlässig.Der Poolbereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, der Pool war sauber, wirkt auf den Fotos allerdings etwas größer, als er tatsächlich ist. Einen Meerblick gibt es nur vom Dach des Hauses – dieser Bereich ist jedoch nicht als Aufenthaltsort gedacht.Eine Garage, wie angegeben, war nicht vorhanden. Wir konnten drei Fahrzeuge problemlos hintereinander in der Einfahrt parken. Die Gegend empfanden wir als sehr sicher.Auch die in der Beschreibung erwähnten Fahrräder standen nicht zur Verfügung – es hing zwar eines an der Wand, jedoch eher als Dekoration. Auch das war für uns kein Nachteil, da wir eigene Fahrräder mitgebracht hatten.Zwar entspricht die Beschreibung in einigen Punkten nicht ganz der Realität, dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr zu empfehlen

Perfekter Freundesurlaub

Wir waren zu 4. im Ferienhaus und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, sehr groß und mit tollen Terrassen um das Haus herum angelegt. Der Pool war jederzeit sauber. Das Haus bot viel Platz zum gemeinsamen kochen und essen. Besonders schön ist jedoch der Esstisch vor der küche. Francesca war jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation lief super. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den schönen Urlaub in eurem Haus!

Tolles Haus!

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus mit den vielen Terrassen, die wir wegen des Regens nicht immer nutzen konnten. Aber das Haus ist toll, die Küche einfach, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unbedingt vorab ich die richtige Telefonnummer geben lassen, wir konnten uns in Italien nicht mehr auf Fewo einloggen, weil es offenbar „zu viele Umleitungen“ gab. Das Hilfezenter konnte dann aber dem Vermieter glücklicherweise eine Mail senden mit unserer Ankunftszeit, denn auch das ging ohne Ligin nicht mehr (und die App darf man im Ausland nicht downloaden).

Beautiful Property

Beautiful Masseria with great Pool area and lovely garden. Very quiet yet close to sights and beaches. Although, the spare building material lying around the house/garden could be removed. Still, we've enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Meravigliosa masseria nel cuore del Salento

Abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa in questa masseria! La casa corrisponde esattamente alle foto pubblicate, ben curata in ogni dettaglio, spaziosa, pulita, con tutti i comfort. Piscina pulita e funzionale con un arredo esterno molto ben curato! I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona! Un posto da sogno ristrutturato con attenzione e amore dal proprietario. Meraviglioso!

Villa Curice è un luogo incantevole dove trascorrere le vacanze in assoluto relax, non troppo distante dalle spiagge più belle dello Ionio e dalle scogliere mozzafiato dell'adriatico. Il signor Walter, proprietario della Masseria, è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a darvi consigli e ad aiutarci in caso di necessità. Un paradiso che porteremo nel cuore e dove speriamo di tornare!!!
