Villa Scarnera is a luxury residence from which you can enjoy a postcard view, a unique place to stay on a beach holiday in Puglia, in Southern Italy,
with family or friends. The sea view villa is equipped with air
conditioning, internet, barbecue, allows you to enjoy a stay in the
intense blue colors of the Ionian Sea. Villa Scarnera is a balcony
overlooking the sea: it stands in a privileged position, on the rocks of
the Novaglie marina. It accommodates groups of up to 8 guests. Pets Allowed.

Villa Scarnera has sinuous and rounded shapes. It is reached from a tree-lined avenue. From the large outdoor spaces
you can enjoy exceptional sea views. The patio is shaded and equipped
with garden furniture, table and chairs for lunches and dinners, sofas
and armchairs for relaxation.
Everything is lovely. It allows you to organize happy moments of conviviality. In the garden there are solariums equipped with deckchairs. A beautiful wooden rocking chair lets you be lulled by the sea breeze in front.
 
 
Around the villa, on the mezzanine floor, there is a large veranda furnished
with tables, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the splendid postcard view.
Two stairways on the façade of the villa lead to the back where a
canopy offers coolness during the hottest hours of the day. Here there
is a cool patio equipped with barbecue.

Villa Scarnera is spread over two independent floors. Upstairs there
are living room and kitchen, 1 double bedroom with garden view and 1
double bedroom overlooking the sea, plus a bathroom with shower.
The lower floor
is divided into two areas: the first is a double bedroom with
independent access and en suite shower room. The second consists of a
living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower
room.
Villa Scarnera is equipped with internet and air conditioning, washing machine, decoder and satellite dish, electric oven, microwave, hairdryer.

Villa
Scarnera is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in
Puglia, between Castro in Leuca, in southern Italy. The villa is located
in the heart of the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Natural Park.
In a few minutes drive you can reach the renowned towns of Santa Maria
di Leuca, Castro, Tricase and its marine Tricase Porto and Marina Serra.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It consists of two independent floors. The air conditioning is on the first floor, in the corridor of the 2-bedroom sleeping area and on the lower floor, in the double bedroom and in the living room with kitchenette adjacent to the twin bedroom.
