We had 2 roaches in our room and when we used the pool i had to tell my wife and daughter to get out because some teenagers came into the area i dont think they were staying there and we didn't feel safe

Last Minute Reservation

Room was fairly clean. No roaches which was a plus. Lock on door broken, dirty barefoot print on bathroom door, table was about to fall because 3 of the legs were barely screwed in & ice machine was broken. Rooms in need of an update but overall, stay wasn't bad. I've stayed in worse.

We stayed for two nights. First night wasn’t too bad but even though everything seemed clean it definitely wasn’t. There was hair on the towels and tiny bugs/roaches in the fridge. The sheets had stains. A bullet hole in the ceiling. The security latch on the door was broken and the water pressure in the sink was none existent. And AC wasn’t working too well either. We brought it up to the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do about it. We asked that she at least replace the towels and she refused to do that. We roughed it for the night and bought our own towels from Walmart. The next day my husband was able to speak with a manager and he was VERY helpful. He was apologetic of the situation and upgraded us (at no charge) to a suite with all the things the room prior lacked. So it definitely turned our experience around. But by far the best thing about our stay was the pool. It was small but VERY clean. We stayed in the pool for hours! Overall experience is s a 7/10.
