Communication before we got there from our host was excellent. When we arrived at the place it was super clean, so welcoming and ready for our stay. Everything to make our stay relaxing and ready for us was above our expectations. We loved this place and are talking about coming back again.

My stay here was amazing to say the least. The host had excellent communication, the unit was gorgeous and super clean. You could actually see parts of the ocean from the bedroom and patio! Will absolutely stay here again.

This was my third time to stay at the Dover and once again I was extremely happy with my stay. The condo is always very clean and welcoming. The host provides everything you need and some other special things that just make the stay perfect. We always enjoy the beach which you can see from the condo and is walking distance if you choose. When not at the beach I enjoyed the pool which is always clean and refreshing.

Beautiful Condo, Great Hosts

This is a very nice one bedroom condo owned by awesome hosts with lots of amenities! Just a short walk or drive from Whitecap Beach, this condominium at The Beach Club offers a pool with hot tub, a fitness center, a rinse station for your car or beach chairs, etc. The condo (The Dover) has everything you need to make your getaway a trip to remember! As you walk in your greated by a cozy living area with a kichen, breakfast bar and dining area. The bedroom is just off the den and has a full bath. There is a balcony with chairs and a small table for relaxing in the sea breeze after an exciting day.The condo was immaculate and has everything you need. Bath towels are provided as well as beach towels, robes, kitchenware, flatware, TVs, a full kitchen, you name it. It was truly awesome. The hosts, Marilyn and Richard, were tremendous and communicated directions and instructions for check-in/out as well as a list of outstanding nearby attractions and popular (excellent) restaurants.They responded quickly and thoroughly to our questions and concerns. I was able to contact them on Wednesday and asked if there was any way we might be able extend our stay by one night. Fortunately, the next guests were not coming in until Friday, so we booked another night. Richard and Marilyn are truly genuine people who want ensure your stay is outstanding.All around this place is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it! I'd book The Dover again in a heartbeat!

Awesome stay at the Dover!

Beautifully redone condo with all the amenities you need!!! The area is peaceful and feels safe. We loved using the pool area and felt right at home. It was our 30th Anniversary trip and just what we needed to unwind. We didn't rent a golf cart but the people who did sure had fun.

Getaway

Found the Dover when we decided to book a getaway for our anniversary. It was the perfect spot! Truly enjoyed our time there. Being on island time was exactly what we needed! Ate some great food at Captain's Diner, Snoopy's Pier and always Doc's! See you again! Thanks so much!

Home away from home

An immaculately clean condo, with a very well kept kitchen and all the amenities one might need. A very thoughtfully decorated home, welcoming couples and families to a beach retreat. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We enjoyed the location: fishing in the pond, walks along the beach and swimming in the pool. This shall be our holiday retreat. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. God’s favor upon our welcoming hosts.

Property is lovely and as advertised. Five stars for cleanliness. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Property manager is easy to communicate with. Beach is within easy walking or driving distance.We had a quiet and restful stay.

Dover Delight

The one month rental unit was excellent in every respect. Everything inside exceeded our expectations . Close to the beach, Corpus Christi, restaurants & a variety of small towns. Until the very last week; there were always places to go & things to do. This, our 2nd trip to Texas was interesting, educational & fun. The Texans are really friendly!

Loved the property & location

The owner goes above and beyond to provide what you may need. Responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well kept. The only thing we wish we had was a rug on either side of the bed and under our feet at the sofa but the weather was unusually cold during our stay so this may not be an issue normally we definitely would stay here again. .

Amazing experience

Awesome Property on North Padre

I've stayed in several condos at Beach Club and this one is absolutely the best. Extremely clean and the bed is so comfortable. If you're looking for a place to stay this one must be on your list. I only hope it's available next time i'm down.
