Host communicated in a timely manner, area was clean and prepared. Extra toiletries and dishwasher soap, other items made it a smooth process. We enjoyed the location, the large screen TV, and the ease of access to the pool and the beach. Pricing was competitive, and seemed reasonable. We enjoyed our time here. I would stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to a spacious living area. The view of the pool was relaxing and being in walking distances away from the sand made every morning sunrise beautiful .Communication with the host, Isabel was easy and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We truly felt at home, and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We’re already talking about coming back — thank you for a fantastic stay!

Clean condo

The condo was accommodating for my family of 6. No stairs in the condo was also a plus. The condo had everything you needed for the beach and for cooking. Would stay here again! The only downside was the AC did not cool the condo very well during the daytime but worked good once the sun went down.

This condo located at Palm Bay Village is adorable. You will enter a condo that is beach themed and offers plenty of seating area for those in your party. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen offers everything you need in order to cook a nice family meal. There is a door that leads to the outdoor patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a nice afternoon reading a good book. The spa like pool is absolutely wonderful, from the waterfalls to the splash area for the kids, you will definitely enjoy a wonderful afternoon with your family. The condo was easy to access and their is plenty of room in the garage should you need to park in the unit. Contacting our host for a minor issue was easy and response was quick to take care of the matter.

Would stay here again! Had a small issue with the garage door malfunctioning, and the host tried their best to resolve it quickly. I recognize that even though it wasn’t resolved prior to my checking out, they did their best. Other than having to deal with that, I would have given 5 stars. I appreciated that there were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and several pool toys available. We brought our own but would not have had to. Great layout of property and spacious unit. Padre island is very humid so it was nice that they had a dehumidifier in the unit, but it fills within a few hours and then shuts off so a second dehumidifier would have been even better!Still, I would stay here again, which says a lot!
