This property is a gem. The location within Rockport is Perfecr: There’s a great walking/bike path adjacent that goes in both directions for a great distance. There’s a great pool/hot tub in the facility as well as an extensive pier out into the Gulf. I absolutely loved my stay here and Will definitely be coming back. The owner and staff were great, easy to work with, and very responsive

The room was basic. We had soon trouble with the door unlocking and locking. It had a funky odor. Otherwise in a great location to walk to town and the beach area. The folks in the resort area were fantastic. Would stay again if in the area.

So I will start this review by saying this is partially my fault, I should have paid better attention to the description, I don't know how I missed some very important info but I did. If you look at the pics provided it is a little misleading, you do not have any view of the ocean, only if you go inside to the lobby, the lobby is one of the pics provided, I did not realize that. There were no extra linens at all and the host was out of town, we were told we could go wash them ourselves, not what I want to do on vacation, there was also half of an empty bag of coffee left out and some weird body wipes left out on the counter, but they had also been used. I expected more from a condo rental, it felt more like a cheap hotel room.

Great spot close to the beach!

We had a lot of fun staying at this property. It was super close to the beach and had a private dock to fish from. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Thank you!
