Property Description
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space downstairs sprawls toward the back deck which overlooks the lovely inner canal. There is a bedroom with a built-in full bathroom walk-in shower downstairs and 2 private bedrooms upstairs with a tub & shower combination. 2 kayaks, outdoor dining, and a propane grill adorn the back deck, and the canal is just a few stairs from the deck.

For those interested in fishing, we have provided some starter tackle in the patio closet although we cannot guarantee the state of them as they get quite a bit of use. There is a place to clean your catch with a water station that you may use, we just ask you to clean it up after use.

Guest Access
The guests have access to the entire property except for the upstairs balcony closet and owner's closet.

We are always just a phone call or text away if you need anything.

Other Details
This is a pet free property. No parties or events as they violate Airbnb policy. unauthorized events will automatically forfeit your reservation and any refunds. If you would like to have an event we are happy to help you find a suitable nearby place nearby to accommodate your needs. There is also a manual onsite with the community rules and information about the townhouse and area.
