The home is located minutes away from Aransas Pass community Park, 20 minutes to Rock port beach, 15 minutes to Port Aransas, less than 10 minutes from Conn Brown boat ramp and 30 minutes to Corpus Christi. The Downing Ranch grounds are protected by a 24 hour surveillance system that monitors the driveway and 360 degrees around the residence.
