Positives: The house is in a great location. We enjoyed the amenities. Our boys caught lots of fish from the canal. Negatives: The BBQ pit there was old and dirty. We had to buy one and we ended up leaving it there for the next guest. The down stairs AC was not working well. Other than that we had a wonderful stay there.

The two left burners on the range top did not function. There were no towel racks for wet towels in the first floor bedroom attached bath. It was nice to come into the hot tub uncovered and running-that was very welcoming. The large, center set of blinds in living room could not be opened up completely, would only go up halfway. I loved the open floor plan and the family enjoyed the game room immensely. Was very cool that the pool table converted to a ping pong table. I personally would have enjoyed the upstairs master but there was no place to hang clothes, so my husband and I stayed downstairs.

I’ve never written a review before, but felt I must warn you. The property manager called me Sunday afternoon 3 days before the trip saying I had to sign their rental contract now. (Seemed odd at the time). Then they called the day before my trip telling me the pool was not usable right now due to an algee problem. I said I wanted a refund, I only booked the house for the pool, she said, “yeah most people book a house just for the pool, and the people staying there now can’t use the pool either” like that was to comfort me. They said I signed the contract and would not issue a refund but would put me on a list to discuss it after my trip. Then they said the pool company had been working on the issue and led me to believe it would be ready Friday and would have the pool company come to review it on Friday. As of our check out at 10 a.m. Sunday, the pool was still not safe for use with the chlorine levels being off the charts from them apparently shocking the pool earlier in the week. The hot tub was also dirty and unusable. The kitchen sink was slow to drain and filled with water when washing hands and dishes. Grossest part was showering downstairs and the standup shower began to fill with water around my feet backing up from the drain. Formal response, “Regarding the pool, our rental agreement specifically states under Availability of Property Amenities (Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs…) that these amenities are not guaranteed by management.” - Miss Kitty’s Guest Services.
