The first floor casita has 1 queen bedroom with flat screen TV with DVD player, 1 bath with granite counter tops, ADA compliant shower, living area with flat screen TV/DVD, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a built-in banquette. The living area has a desk space that can be used for remote working and the desk folds down into another queen sized Murphy Bed if additional beds are needed. A large covered patio with ocean views is accessible from the suite. The living area and bedroom have smart flat screen TVs. Formerly VRBO listing 1764877.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender and is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and silverware. The beach is a short 2 minute walk from the boardwalk next to the home. Neighborhood amenities include pool, large hot tub, and a small park area. You are in town, so you can drive by golf cart.
