So our 6 night stay was during the midst of the covid 4th of July holiday. The hotel was clean in lobbies, elevators, common areas. The pool and fitness areas were closed. The breakfast was a carb lovers dream, granola bars, individual cereal, or packaged muffins. One morning there were a few oranges.they did say this was of course not their normal. thankfully it is a suite hotel with kitchens so we had brought our own food and snacks. There was no housekeeping for our room which was problematic considering our long stay. 4 kids make crumbs. We finally just bought a broom and dustpan to sweep up. Linens and garbage were put outside your door in the morning. Problem was they didnt leave new linens. You had to go to the front desk and ask for replacement towels face cloths, shower mat, etc. Several times we were told they were out and once they just gave us some pool towels. Ended up using some of our beach towels most of the time as it was inconvenient to walk down several times hoping they had not given out the towels they always said were almost ready in dryer and when tyu returned, they were gone. I really hope they are working to sort out their exchange and cleaning issues. Frankly had we known there was no pool, no housekeeping, etc prior to our arrival, we would have switched to a condo where there would have been cleaning supplies such as a broom, etc. And a washer and dryer so we could have washed towels etc without wondering if we would get any replacement

Our children were age 3,4,5,6 and an infant of 1 month. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff was great; they went the extra mile to accommodate our needs even though it was sold out. By far our most pleasant experience with all of the children. The area is close to all the beaches and a great family friendly restaurant options as well as date night options.

I absolutely loved this place with all of the amenities and location. It's off the expressway but not directly next to it (behind the Barnes & Noble), so it has the convenience of being close to the expressway without the noise. The staff was very friendly. Decent gym. The room was very cozy and had everything I needed to feel right at home. Unfortunately I didn't make it down in time for breakfast, but there are a ton of food/cafe options close by for back up. Will definitely stay here again on future business trips and/or leisure.

Wonderful place to stay. Great staff! Close to everything. Highly recommend!

I stayed an entire week and breakfast and coffee were great to have each morning! The staff at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating couldn't ask for better experience

Our stay was a bit delayed since Housekeeping was behind schedule. We were not able to check in until 4:30, which was a nuisance. However, everything after that was very good. The breakfast offerings in particular were excellent, especially the plentiful variety of items.

In town to relax and do some fishing. This hotel is comfortable and offers a variety for breakfast.

Summary Clean!! Good location Kitchen well appointed with "Whirlpool Gold" all you need is to bring the food as pots/pans/all utensils are provided. Is like having your own small apartment. If you are not familiar with Residence Inn visit their website and look at the photos of their facilities. NEGATIVE- The Hot Tub was out of service with high levels of green algae but I am sure that is temporary.

Never stay at the Days Inn off HWY SPD in Corpus Christi. Room and bed were full of hundreds of very large bed bugs. Look under your mattress before you sleep in the bed. They crawl out when the lights are out. They are under the mattress. There were so many that we were covered head to toe with bites ect....It was so gross. We called the Health Deparatment. They had been breeding in room 120 for years!!!The manager was to sleepy and tired to get out of bed and come look. WOW. Glad he slept in a bug free bed!!!

The social time was a nice surprise in the evenings. Not only do you get breakfast, but you also get a light meal in the evenings!

Please request a room far far away from Home Depot. You will hear all kinds of BIG noises specially early morning. Last year, they had more foods for breakfast and evening reception. That disappointed my kids...

Visited with friends and family. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We enjoy staying at this hotel.

I stayed at the Residence Inn on the advice of a co-worker. The room was very nice; however, it was noisy during the night with Home Depot right behind my room performing overnight inventory. I heard forklifts beeping all night long and the roar of traffic most of the evening. The hotel is not far off 385. I would conditionally mention this to a friend if they can get a room away from the Home Depot.
