5th year at Cinnamon Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pool House was pretty and our grandkids loved having the spool. . We had issues with fans, the freezer not producing ice, and the air conditioning. Fans are all synced together. If you drink coffee, you will need coffee beans or keurig pods. The location of the house had easy access to the beach and other pools. Unfortunately, the house was not inspected for the next rental. We were missing toilet paper, toiletries and a blood stained pillow was left upstairs instead of being removed. All of the issues were discussed with the office.

Spring Break: Limited Hot Water for Bathing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach House is lovely and has plenty of room for two families. The decor, furnishings and appliances were well-appointed, bright and welcoming. Plenty of glassware and utensils. My one complaint was about the hot water and water pressure in the bathrooms. What I assume are tankless hot water heaters produced only lukewarm water, and did so inconsistently for only a minute or two at a time before going cold. The water pressure was also low. One of the prior guests at the rental mentioned that in a review, and I really wish I'd seen that before booking this one.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very nice but there are negatives. Not enough kitchen supplies for size of house. The stove has burners would all keep clicking to ignite after one was already ignited. The smoke detector would go off every time there was too much moisture in house. The doors are very difficult to close which would be where moisture was coming from. Never got the TV to work at all. Parking was terrible, especially for the amount of guests the house accomodates, golf cart rentals, etc.. The pool and the cleanliness and overall aesthetic was very nice, just needs improvements.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable beds, high ceilings in main room. Felt spacious with 3 families in it. Has opportunities, don’t think I’ll rent this one again. Very little hot water in all 3 downstairs showers. I’m talking seconds of hot water. Nights and Mornings. Maintenance checks the tankless water heater. Even upped the temperate but it did not help. Miserable showers for 4 days. The other thing was there was zero pantry, cupboard space. With 3 families, you need pantry space!! All drawers and cabinets were full of too many plates and cups. Also felt like the owners belongings were everywhere. Last thing was there was no drip/regular coffee maker. It had a specially built in coffee maker and keurig but neither make decent coffee. At this price point we expected top tier.
