Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Bed to bathroom ration was great. Nice living dining space… that’s about all the nice things I have to say. We rented a day early so we would have a place for the babies to nap & get food prepared for a 4:00 gatherings . We entered the house and it smelled musty & stale. Went to put the suitcases in the garage and it had standing water from the front of the garage all the way to the garage door. Called property manager at 9 am- she said they would need to replace the water heater… mind you they hadn’t even been there to take a look. I said I have babies arriving at 1:00 and & we need to be able to cook. We arrived back at the house at 1:30 to find a crew replacing the water heater, Playing music (which I asked them to turn off) banging , sawing & drilling till 3:30… we had no water to cook or clean with & the noise kept the babies from sleeping. Opened the fridge to put groceries in and it smelled like old fish. I cleaned it best I could but had no choice but to put groceries in it. Ice cubes smelled like sewer water. Dishwasher smelled & was covered in mold as if it had been closed up & not been used for a year. Kitchen didn’t have cookie sheet, no pot holders , not enough spoons for 8 of us, 4 large mugs for coffee that were cracked and chipped. 1 kitchen towel. 1 bath towel per person. Worst part, mold/ mildew on A/c vents & thick dust on light fixtures & ceiling fans. We all had stuffed up noses by day 2 from the mildew/mold. They asked when could they co
