Great Beach Getaway

The kids bunk room up top was especially fun for both the kids and adults! The location in the community was perfect for us - right outside of Dylan's, the coffee shop, and the great lawn. What more could you ask for?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, outfitted with everything we needed. Office was responsive to any issues. Short walk to the beach. We didn't need a golf cart - teens loved how close we were (right on the circle) to all the shops and restaurants. Pools were fun, too with fun snack bars.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Cinnamon Shores for a last-minute weekend getaway with my teenage daughter and a friend. It was very easy to book online, and the check-in process was easy (we arrived after hours and our packet was in the lock box, very easy to access). Our condo was terrific - super comfy and everything was clean and new. I liked that this unit was central and close to the food/social square. We rented a golf cart and splurged for the chair set up, and it was totally worth it and made everything so easy and nice. I'll definitely be coming back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit can sleep a ton of people. It has three master type rooms and bunk room with 6 beds and then a vey large loft with another three beds and tons of sleeping room. It is a very nice rental however the couch smelled really bad like someone has urinated all over it. The elevator also broke and trapped our 6 year old son on it for almost 30 minutes. The location is very fun - being near the circle but the construction starts at 7 am and therefore other than Saturday and Sunday morning- we were awoken by hammering and machines as early as 7 am.

However, there were several issues that were not addressed by Cinnamon Shores when we reported them.1) icemaker did not work2) used condom found on kids bedroom floor3) residence was not ready by specified 4:00 check in time; we were not Allowed to check in until 5:00 which was difficult as we had 5 children With us, & nowhere to go

Dolphin Destiny TC 5102 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome itself is lovely and spacious. We enjoyed that each family member and friend had privacy when desired. We loved the huge big screen TVs in every room when we weren't enjoying the balconies overlooking Town Center! The location is near the front of the property with easy access to the 2 restaurants and community activities. It is an easy walk to the beach and pools! We did not need a golf cart, we enjoyed walking! What I did not like is that the townhouse literally sits on top of the strip where the pizza restaurant, bakery, and market are located. It got noisy early in the morning with the golf carts and activity of the restaurant preparations and people coming to get coffee and other things first thing. Not much of an option to sleep late while on vacation.

Had Some Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To be fair, this was one of the last properties available when we determined we would be able to make our annual vacay to Cinnamon Shore. It was very expensive in comparison to all of our previous rentals. We had issues with the air conditioner the entire stay, and had three or four CS maintenance techs look at it, and finally an AC Repair person came the day before our departure. The plumbing was backed up in all of the showers due to the drain line in the air conditioner being clogged. The freezer portion was frozen shut in the fridge appliance. The fan in the 4th room loft did not work. The white couches in the living room were very worn and stained. I will say that the beds in the suites were amazing. I was aware the location was not optimal, but the entrance to the town house is located by the back entrances of the restaurants/businesses, and it always smelled rancid. Well, that's not entirely true because one day it smelled like fresh bread baking, but the rest of the time, it had that grease-trap smell, and there was a lot of traffic from workers walking back and forth with supplies. The parking was terrible because of CS carts and employees for the restaurants parking.As far as the rest of the CS facilities go, everything was very nice. The pool was lovely. The only issue we had at the pool was a young boy that kept peeing everywhere (with his mother's assistance, no less). We alerted the staff to let them know that he was peeing on the sidewalk, by the trash can, and by the shrubs, and he even pooped in the lake on the lower level of the infinity pool. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it unless they actually saw it. I guess that's understandable, but beyond gross. One of the times he peed was literally one foot from my lounge chair.I hate to write bad reviews. I usually don't if I don't have anything nice to say. This is the first stay that hasn't been just the ideal vacation. I was actually ready to come home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shore was pretty darn cool. The only issue I has was with the unit itself. I feel I was rented a unit that was not ready for rental. Ceiling fan is main living was missing and I guess they had to turn off electricity to it which then in return left no electricity/lighting in the living room. It just so happened to be a rainy weekend and we all were playing board games and such in the living with minimum lights. I did report to office. They couldnt figure out and brought us 2 lamps. We had to take the shades off to get as much light as we could. It is a very big living room for 2 lamps to light. We made the best of it. Honestly for what we paid - we should not have had this issue at all.

CS stay

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Dolphin's Landing. We have 5 grandkids. The boys got to stay in one bunk room and the girls got to stay in the other. There was a room for 3 sets of adults. It was a great setup. We rented the golf carts and it was easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt. My grandson got a basket full of eggs and had great fun. I enjoyed running on the beach in the morning.We are glad we got to come.
