If you’d rather watch the festivities from afar, the home’s wraparound deck provides you with ample views of the pool and the area beyond, complete with relaxed seating options. Apart from being close to the beach, you’ll also be within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shops. A leisurely stroll through the neighborhood sounds like just the thing to cap off a fun-filled day.

The interior of the home has been outfitted with everything you need for a complete, comfortable stay. A cozy living room offers plush sofa seating and a smart TV for quiet movie nights or family game time. Steps away, the dining room offers a table and chair set with room for 6, the open floor plan creating a synergistic space for entertainment between these two spaces. The fully equipped kitchen with updated counters and cabinetry is well-prepared for all types of meals, whether you choose to cook at home or prepare takeout from a local restaurant. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home includes a second full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

- The Shell House has a strict occupancy policy not to exceed 7 total guests. Reservations will be canceled if occupancy exceeds 7.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Garage parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with an additional 2 spaces in the driveway. Boat parking in the garage is permitted upon request.
- Pool is not heated.
