Hula Girl House sits on stilts and boasts a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area and is located in Ocean Village, just 0.8 miles from the beach. This home accommodates 10 guests and is professionally decorated and furnished in an eclectic, tropical style creating a fun 'beachy" feel. The kitchen is outfitted for the most serious cooks with stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, a pantry, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the table for six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The living room has ample seating to gather everyone on the couch, loveseat and matching accent chairs for watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. Play a friendly game of cards or dominoes for up to six people on the gaming table just off of the living area.
The front balcony has a view of the catch and release complex pond and is a great place for spotting blue herons and other sea birds that frequent the pond while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Bring along some extra lettuce for the many turtles in the pond!
The kids will love the bunk room (BR1) made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a dresser, wall-mounted TV and plenty of floor space to stretch out and play. The guest room (BR2) is comprised of a Queen bed and nightstands. These two rooms share a bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. The first master suite (BR3) consists of a Queen bed, built-in nightstands, a bench at the foot of the bed, wall-mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. The second master suite (BR4) is appointed with a King bed, nightstands, a wall-mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer stacked neatly in a hall closet. Cook up the day's catch on the grill under the covered area below with room for entertaining, relaxing on the swing or picnic table. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Ocean Village has a community pool to cool off in after a day at the beach and a large palapa for shade along the pond. This complex is 1.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Guests have parking spaces for 4 vehicles. A golf cart will take up 1 of these spaces. Parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted.
