Perfect house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was spectacular - very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views - our family had the best time. Not sure if they aren’t watering as the trees are dying and what grass there is are full of goatheads so gave the location 4 stars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit at Wave of Grace. The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We knew from previous stays that this house was on the edge of the newer side of Cinnamon Shore. It really didn’t bother us being a little further out. Overall this was a fantastic house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was very nice overall though it was somewhat oversold I think. We thought that it should not be ready for occupancy given the amount construction around it. Had a work trailer and skid loader in our parking lot which made getting in and out difficult. The landscaping needs to be a bit more finished as the stickers right off the front porch were treacherous especially for my grandkids who quickly learned not to go bear foot. The bedroom arrangement was not what was advertised in the ad though the pictures showed it correctly. Looked like 5 bedrooms 4 of which had a king or queen with the fifth. With a queen and multiple twins. Living area was large and worked well. We have stayed previously in the finished North part with great experiences each time. We did have a great time overall. No real ocean views.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was very nice, clean and new. There were several small issues that were preventable and shouldn't have happened. As soon as we arrived at the property, we were assaulted by sticker burrs. It seems that the sprinkler was not yet finished and with no grass or other cover, the stickers took over...lots of them. We dragged them into the house unknowingly at first and the kids were badly affected. You wouldn't expect this from a premium property. Also, there was a outside security light shining directly into a bedroom (no shade on this window) causing the room to be as bright as daylight. This was discussed and shown to one of the managers who said she'd take care of it....nope, didn't happen. Difficult to sleep in that room. When we set everything up to grill an evening meal, guess what? The propane tank was dead empty. I called and a replacement was ordered, which took almost an hour. Result...not a pleasant meal. Although not practical, I would not rent again without some assurances that a premium property, with a premium price, was in premium condition.
