The place was very nice and in a decent location. The outdoor space was lovely and the pool was nice. The only downside was we paid a pet deposit for 2 dogs, however our little 18 yr. Old dog passed away a month before our trip. The pet deposit is non-refundable, which i understand for cleaning purposes. Howver, our dog passed and we were not ablt to grt our deposit back. Be sure when you put a pet feposit down that they will be on the trip with you. No mercy is given for a pet that passes.

Get away

The homebwas very nice and well furnished. Had a family dinner and there was plenty of seating at the table and bar. Check in was very easy. The pool was awesome and the kids were in it quite a bit. When we come back Corpus, we will definitely check availability.

Seabbaticle Sabbatical

Had a wonderfully relaxing stay with my dog in this gated poolside yard.The weather was amazing, though the pool didn't have lights as shown in the pictures. Still, I enjoyed it. The location was perfect, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

House was clean. Well laid out. The ONLY thing that could be upgraded are the 2 pool lounge chairs, but that wouldnt keep us from returning. Location was a favorite of ours. Quiet and safe. House has everything you need.

Great Family Getaway

We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 infant. We enjoyed the heated pool and were able to grill delicious steaks. House was very clean. We had everything needed for a great family getaway.

Great family vacation

Stayed with our family of 5 in July, really enjoyed this property. We would definately stay again. The house met all expectations. Nothing really special about the house, but the pool and outdoor area really made the stay worth it! Within a mile to the beach, and the house is off the main, busier roads.

Annual Family Beach Vacay

It’s so hard to get families together, I mean all the stars have to align, on a leap year with a lunar eclipse. That being said we finally locked down a date and dealing with SWIFT and their rental property made our trip absolutely perfect, if I could give more than five stars we would. The combination of clean, adequate space and a private pool only a 4 minute gold cart ride away from the beach was amazing especially at the nightly price point. Really thought of everything, me being the cook I really appreciated all the cooking equipment provided, I absolutely loved the electric skillet, made cooking pancakes for 10 people a breeze. Thank you again for helping us make memory we will definitely be looking for SWIFT again next year - hopefully next year! 😅

Some good, some not so good

Overall the property listing was accurate and the outside features shown in the pictures are nice. Inside the property was adequate. Upkeep of the property is the problem. Pool was very dirty as there was a black ring of filth on the pool tile. Inside of the property there was dirt and crumbs from previous tenants on tables and kitchen. Ice machine on the fridge was also clogged with a large ice clog and required some attention. I’m sure the property managers/ owners will reply to the review with a lame excuse but all these things were easily remedied if a bit more care was taken.
