Clean and quiet. Only negatives were other people's very small children playing on gym equipment without supervision, and the breakfasts were not prepared for the amount of guests I suppose. Items ran out quickly. Staff did their best to accommodate, by putting out extra fruits and cereals. Rooms were clean and wonderfully cold. Clean and check in was swift.

Overall not a bad experience. I had reserved two roomss and they were close together. The fridge in our room didn't work. The ice machines on at least 2 of the 4 floors didn't work. Our room had a pull out sofa but no bedding was stocked in the room. The breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Clean.

Overall everything was good. The breakfast was good and had different options. The beds were comfortable. They have free parking and free WiFi. It was a good options for what we were doing. The only thing I didn’t like was that I got a package with Expedia. I rented the hotel and car, but the rental place charged me insurance which I had already purchased with my rental agreement with Expedia.

The hotel is alright. It does seem old, but still decent. Pool was clean, room was clean, walls are thin so maybe not the best place for light sleepers. It worked out for my family of 4. Staff was nice, would stay again

I had never stayed at a holiday inn that was so dirty. Everything from the entrance door to the front door of our room was pretty dirty. I was there for 4 days and saw the same footprints and dirty spots in the front lobby for all of my stay. Hallways have a musky smell. There was never any coffee in the coffe stations. Breakfast was very limited and the front clerk was very rude, stating that it had been a very long day after i proved to him that the room had been paid for. The room itself was very decent and the one time they went to clean it the girl was very very nice.

Downstairs restroom out of order, laundry dryer out of order, pancake maker out of order, pool closed during open hours our first day, drawer under TV broken and door bolt would not lock in room. Elevator takes forever and you get the feeling its going to get stuck while youre in it. Overall, yes we slept fine and it served its purpose, but we've stayed in many holiday inn express suites and this was the worst one.
