the water pressure was almost not even there. almost not enough to get wet. The handicap bench blocked the shower curtain thus getting the floor wet. The gel soap made the shower floor slick which is bad but in a hacdicap room could be really bad.
Kind of disappointed in this Hampton. We always stay with Hilton but this one was the grossest by far. First room we were in we were hit with the odor or wet dog and must/ mildew. It had a broken drawer in the dresser and a fridge missing some of the shelving. We switched rooms, and the smell was no better. There were still drinks from a previous tenant, hair that belonged to someone else wrapped around the bottom of the toilet, a toenail clipping under the vanity and what looked like smoke stains on the ceiling. The air conditioner kicks on very loudly so would not recommend for light sleepers. Breakfast was meh. The only redeeming quality was the kind and happy staff. The manager is extremely outgoing and nice.

I reserved a double and was put in a King. I was lied to by the front desk and management when I asked to be moved from a King room to a double bed and was told there was none available. While standing at the front desk looking for my reservation email a lady walked in and ask for vacancy and she was told they had a double room available just a few minutes after I was told there was not any. I confronted the manager about lying to me and was told he didn't lie that I booked a King and that was I could have!!
The room was clean and comfortable, a/c worked great! Wallpaper bubbling up on bathroom wall. Evening check in host James, needs SO MUCH more training!
The persons whom checked me in wasn’t so friendly and seemed to be annoyed
Only concern, TV is small and placed far from the bed.
We needed a cheaper alternative but even at the rate we paid ($139/nt) the standard was much lower than we expected. The blanket in the closet had dried up something (ketchup?) all over it. The room was dusty. The breakfast included something that resembled fruit but it was soggy and discolored. The floor was so sticky in the breakfast area that it was funny. Kids were running in the hallway at all hours of the night. We called for another blanket and the desk attendent told us we had to come downstairs and get it. I definitely would not stay here again.

Staff was top notch and hotel was clean and well maintained. Only had one issue that keeps me from giving it 5 stars across the board and that is that we could not access the indoor pool or jacuzzi. A little disappointed since one of the main reasons I chose that location was for that particular amenity.
