Convenient location to the beach

The location was perfect walk /or drive (on beach access for the car) was ideal. The size of the unit was good for a family of 6. Interior was cosmetically appealing but operational necessities (especially in kitchen and washroom) were mediocre. Needs some significant rust removal work in interior ( again kitchen and bath) windows were not opening. Kitchen was great size.

Minor inconvenience

Great location & property. Only problem was fleas from pet of previous guest, which property manager took care of next day. Also dishwasher leaked & took over a week to replace. However manager did give us a $200 refund for the inconvenience.
